Dr. Gauhar specializes in metabolic diseases like diabetes management, obesity, dyslipidemia and other lifestyle disorders. He holds a BAMS and an MD in Ayurveda from India and has successfully operated two Ayurveda centers for 15 years.

He conducts health camps across Southeast Asia, including Singapore and Indonesia, and frequently appears as a speaker on radio and television shows. Additionally, Gauhar has been featured in international podcasts on Spotify, highlighting his commitment to promoting supportive metabolic care through Ayurveda.
