About this event

Appropriate for those new to yoga and will also be of value for those who have practiced before. The approach focuses on individualized practice, meeting you where you are and adapting to your body’s specific needs.
What to Bring:
Your yoga mat and water bottle. We have bolsters, blocks, and blankets available at the Center.
Tips:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Allow up to 2 hours to digest your last meal before practice.
